WHAT IS INCLUDED
----------------
Ten Wonder Weapons, brought together in one weapon selector:

  Ray Gun ThunderGun
  Ray Gun Mark II Blundergat
  Monkey Bomb Apothicon Servant
Staff of Fire Staff of Ice
Staff of Lightning Staff of Wind

Includes weapon models, textures, sounds, visual effects, reloads, tailored
CJ poses and weapon-specific reactions.

These are additional selectable weapons. Normal GTA weapons and ammunition
are restored when you put a Wonder Weapon away. Wonder Weapons are not
stored in GTA save files; select one again after loading your game.

BEFORE INSTALLING
-----------------
Required:
  - GTA San Andreas Classic for Windows, version 1.0 US (32-bit game).
  - An ASI loader that loads plugins from the main game folder.
  - Windows with DirectX support, including D3DCOMPILER_47.dll.

This release was tested on the Classic 1.0 US Hoodlum executable. Other
game versions and conflicting native weapon mods are not certified. This
package is not for Definitive Edition, Android, consoles, SA-MP or MTA.

If ASI mods already work in your game, keep your existing loader. If you
need a loader, use the 32-bit version from its official project and follow
its installation instructions:
  https://github.com/ThirteenAG/Ultimate-ASI-Loader

The loader, DirectX system components and the GTA game itself are not
included. CLEO and Mod Loader are not required for this mod. The three
included ASI files contain their C++ runtime; no separate compiler or
development tools are needed.

INSTALL IN FIVE STEPS
---------------------
1. Close GTA completely. Check Task Manager for any gta-sa.exe or gta_sa.exe
   still running.

2. Extract this entire ZIP. Open the extracted "Game Files" folder.

3. Open your GTA San Andreas main folder: the folder containing gta-sa.exe
or gta_sa.exe. Copy these SIX items from "Game Files" into that folder:

     Raygun.asi
     Raygun (folder)
     ThunderGun.asi
     ThunderGun (folder)
     WonderWeapons.asi
     WonderWeapons (folder)

4. Keep these filenames and folder structure exactly as supplied. Copy the
contents of "Game Files", not the outer release folder. Do not put this
mod inside CLEO or modloader, and do not import files into GTA archives.

5. Launch GTA, load a game or start a new game, then press F9 during normal
on-foot gameplay. Select a weapon with the mouse or arrow keys and press
Enter or left-click to equip it.

Your installed layout should look like this:

  GTA San Andreas/
    gta-sa.exe (your existing game)
    Raygun.asi
    Raygun/assets/...
    ThunderGun.asi
    ThunderGun/assets/...
    WonderWeapons.asi
    WonderWeapons/assets/...

No game executable, gta3.img, player.img, ped.ifp, weapon.dat or save file
needs to be replaced. Use all three ASIs from this release together.

CONTROLS
--------
F9 Open or close the weapon wheel
Mouse / arrows / wheel Highlight a weapon
Left click / Enter Equip the highlighted weapon
Escape / right click Close the wheel without equipping
Normal GTA aim/fire Aim and shoot, or throw the Monkey Bomb
  R Reload

Select the GTA inventory entry to put the Wonder Weapon away and return
to your normal weapons. The 0 key highlights that entry. Keys 1-9 highlight
the first nine weapons; use the mouse or arrows for Apothicon Servant.

The original shortcuts also work: type RAYGUN or press F7 for the Ray Gun;
type THUNDER or press F8 for the ThunderGun.

ThunderGun reloads after both shots are used. Monkey Bombs always have a
windup and throw, with at most three active bombs. Apothicon Servant fires
one shot before its feeding reload. Certain mission-critical entities,
player vehicles and other protected targets are intentionally excluded
from destructive effects.

SETTINGS AND DEFAULTS
--------------------
Type WONDERWEPONS while on foot to open the settings menu.
WONDERWEAPONS also works. This command works even after rebinding F9.

Ammunition: infinite reserve, infinite magazine, per-weapon overrides
Controls: weapon-wheel shortcut and vertical pointer direction
Audio: weapon effects volume and Monkey Bomb music volume
Reset: restore the original settings after confirmation

Use Up/Down to select, Enter or left-click to change, and Left/Right for
toggles or volume. Escape or right-click goes back or closes the menu.
Changes save automatically.

First-install defaults:
Infinite reserve ON; infinite magazine OFF (reloading is required).
Weapon wheel F9; normal vertical pointer direction.
Both audio volumes 100%; all weapons use the shared ammo rules.

With finite ammo enabled, the wheel displays the remaining ammunition.
With infinite reserve enabled, it displays INF for the reserve. Ammo rules
only affect these Wonder Weapons, not normal GTA ammunition.

UNINSTALL
---------
Close GTA completely, then remove exactly these six addon items:
  Raygun.asi and the Raygun folder
  ThunderGun.asi and the ThunderGun folder
  WonderWeapons.asi and the WonderWeapons folder

Keep GTA's original files, saves, ASI loader and all unrelated mods.
No original game files need to be restored for this mod's removal.

IF SOMETHING DOES NOT WORK
-------------------------
F9 does nothing: confirm the six items are beside the game executable,
your ASI loader is working, and you are in normal on-foot gameplay. If you
changed the shortcut, type WONDERWEPONS and check Controls.

Missing models or sounds: extract the ZIP fully and recopy all six items;
do not mix ASIs or asset folders from different releases.

Game will not start: close leftover GTA processes and check for duplicate
copies of these ASIs. Temporarily move the six addon items out of the game
folder to isolate this mod from another installation issue.

A missing D3DCOMPILER_47.dll message refers to a Windows/DirectX dependency,
not a missing weapon asset. Repair that system component using Microsoft's
official Windows support; do not download individual DLLs from DLL sites.
